2020 LandWatch Virtual Luncheon
While we can't meet over lunch -- a LandWatch tradition for the past 20 years -- we can get together over Zoom to reflect on our successes over the past year and challenges in the future. Join us for a virtual celebration, Friday, November 13 from noon to 1:00 pm.
This years' guests include include Supervisors Mary Adams and Jane Parker, Marina Mayor Bruce Delgado and other elected officials and community leaders who will be sharing their thoughts about the future of Monterey County and the important role that LandWatch plays as an advocate for a sustainable future.
Yes, it's been a tough year, one unlike any other. Our local economy has been hit hard. Nonprofits have also been impacted, including LandWatch. But thanks to you, our supporters, we're making it through. And we plan to be around for the long haul to address the challenges Monterey County faces, such as sustainable groundwater, sprawl, and affordable housing. We need your support for those efforts as well as for our long-term vision for sustainability: climate friendly cities that are walkable and bikeable and that offer a diverse range of affordable and workforce housing.
Please complete the online registration form to join us for a virtual celebration. We will send details about Zoom video conferencing in a future email.
We look to seeing you November 13 at noon!
