LandWatch “Around the County” Carmel Valley Event

LandWatch Monterey County invites you to attend a talk by Jason K. Burnett, Principal of Burnett EcoEnergy. He’ll be speaking about plans to implement a regional clean energy revolving fund in Monterey modeled after the “Berkeley First” Program.

This program would add much needed jobs to a county with an unemployment rate in the double digits. A revolving clean energy fund would eliminate the up-front price tag for energy efficient projects which is a barrier for so many potential consumers. LandWatch wants to learn more about this fund and we invite you to join us.

The event will be held at Konny Murray’s lovely home in Carmel Valley.

Wine and Appetizers will be provided.

Thursday, July 9th, 2009, 5-7 P.M.

Mark your calendars! Please plan to attend (only 30 spaces available).

RSVP to Amy L. White at LandWatch, 422-9384, or awhite@mclw.org.

Detailed directions to Konny’s home will be provided to those that RSVP.
