Pajaro Issues & Actions

The community of Pajaro is under the jurisdiction of the Monterey County Board of Supervisors. The Board of Supervisors has designated Pajaro as a ìRedevelopment Area,î and is planning for dramatic changes. Significant new residential and commercial development, a rail commuting center, and a flood control project may all be in the offing.
